Stuffed Fish

This recipe is my own creation... :P

My mami used to do Stuffed Fish but entirely in a different way than me.. from that I got the idea of stuffing the fish. The ingredients I took here are because I like green masala which is made of palak, corriander and green chilly... and me being lazy just took them and grind them and stuffed inside the fish. This is my personal favourite recipe hope you like it.

Ingredients:
Fish (take Whole Fish and do Not cut into pieces)
1 bunch Corriander
Palak (same as Corriander)
Green Chilly (as per taste)
Pudina (optional but tastes good)
1 tsp Jeera Seeds
1 Onion small
1 Tomato small
1-2 Cloves
Dalchini (Cinnamon)
Meeri (Pepper Balls)
Corriander Seeds
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric
Corriander Powder
Jeera Powder
Season to taste

Method:
Wash Fish and make 3 horizontal incisions on one side and on the other side make an incision like closing bracket i.e. ")"

Wash Corriander and Green Chilly.
Wash and Boil Palak.
Fry Jeera Seeds, Onion, small Tomato, Clove, Dalchini, Meeri (Pepper Balls), Corriander Seeds.
Grind Corriander, Green Chilly, Palak and fried items + salt. [green paste]

Wash the fish again and marrinate inside the incision as well as on the fish with Red Chilli, Turmeric, Corriander Powder, Jeera Powder, above grinded Green paste, Salt.

After application of all the masalas (dry and paste), keep inside the freeze for sometime, so that it sticks to the fish.

Take out from freeze and apply little oil to the fish and to the grill stand of the microwave.Keep the fish on the grill stand and keep it inside the microwave and MICROGRILL it for 10 mins. Serve Hot.
